We reply within 2 business days. Reports of impersonation or a likeness used without consent are read first.
Check spam and promotions. A sign-in link works once, so ask for a new one if it has expired or was already used. Still nothing after a few minutes: email support@veledah.com from the address you signed up with.
Choose “Continue with Google” on Sign in. There is no veledah password to reset.
Reset it with your email address. Or sign in without it: choose “Email me a sign-in link instead”.
Email support@veledah.com from the address on the account. We confirm it is you before changing anything.
Verification shows that a real person, 18 or older, is behind an account, and that they have no other account. You need it to list yourself. What the mark on a card means, and what it does not, is in How it works.
Identity checks aren't open yet.
Account, Verification says what happened and whether you can try again. A check that finds you are under 18 is final.
The outcome, not your ID or your selfie. The Privacy Policy lists what we keep, for how long, and what our identity provider handles.
Only you can list yourself, once you are verified. Nobody can list someone else: there are no fan cards and no celebrity cards.
Go to Get listed: your name, a ticker, a photo and your card's finish. Your ticker is permanent.
Your photo, bio, links and finish change from My card. Your ticker does not.
Email support@veledah.com from the address on your account and name your card. We confirm it is you before acting.
Use Report on the person's card page, beside Share. Say what is wrong in plain facts. You need to be signed in. Every report is read by a person.
If the profile is pretending to be you, or you have no account, email legal@veledah.com with the card's link.
Impersonation. A card is for the person on it. A profile that claims to be someone else is taken down, and the account behind it is frozen.
Likeness. Nobody may use another person's name, face or likeness without their consent: not in a card photo, card art, a bio or an update. If someone has used yours, email legal@veledah.com with the card's link and what is yours. We may ask you to show who you are. Material that breaks this rule is taken down.
Copyright. To report material that infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@veledah.com with:
We take the material down and tell the person who posted it. They may send a counter notice to the same address. Accounts that infringe again and again are closed.
